REGISTRATION

There are two ways of registration:

1. Participants are required to complete the registration form
   DGLR is responsible for all aspects concerning registration - Payment is the responsibility of machtWissen.de AG. The complete registration form must be faxed or mailed directly to DGLR.
   
   An electronic version of the registration form is available below. When using this form, it is appreciated if the registration form is downloaded and filled in by use of a PC.
   
   
2. Online registration is possible on this website.
   If you choose this option, online payment by credit card is required (Visa or Master credit card).

ONLINE REGISTRATION

Online Registration is closed. Please register at the registration desk, situated on the ground floor at the CCH Hamburg. It will be open during the following hours:

Sunday 3 September 16:00 - 19:00 hrs
Monday 4 September - Thursday 7 September 08:00 - 17:00 hrs

Registration fee includes:

Full Delegates – Attendance at the Congress sessions and Technical Tours (subject to availability), coffee/tea and water, light lunch from Monday to Thursday, Welcome Reception on Sunday, Congress Reception on Monday, Final Programme including short abstracts, Proceedings on CD-ROM, Congress bag, name badge and use of any public transport in the city of Hamburg from Monday to Thursday (ticket is handed out on site with registration).

Students – Same as Full Delegates. In addition attendance at Student Party.

Accompanying Persons – Attendance at Welcome Reception on Sunday, Opening Ceremony on Monday morning and Congress Reception on Monday evening, light lunch on Monday in the CCH, use of any public transport in the city of Hamburg from Monday to Thursday, possibility to book organized Social Programme.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

Upon receiving your registration form, DGLR will send you a confirmation. Your receipt is handed out at the congress registration desk (if an invoice is desired in advance, please contact the DGLR). Please choose and indicate one of the two methods of payment noted in this section. All payments must be in EURO. If you choose to pay by credit card, the full amount will be charged to your credit card prior to the congress date.

Cheques are not accepted.

TOUR RESERVATIONS

The L.O.C has arranged the accompanying person´s programme and in cooperation with columbus tours the post congress tours listed on the following pages. Participants who wish to book these tours should complete the accompanying person´s programme section in the registration form or/and the post congress tour form. Tour reservations will be confirmed when tour charges are paid in full. Credit card payments for accompanying persons tour charges will be deducted in full by machtWissen.de AG, for post congress tours by columbus tours prior to the Congress date.
